Ryan Sudeck
Ryan is the CEO of Sage Investment Group, a real estate private equity firm focused on creating vibrant communities and providing investors with a portfolio that historically outperforms other investment options. We are tackling America’s housing crisis by converting hotels into long-term multifamily housing to serve the often-overlooked members of our society. Prior to joining Sage in 2023, Ryan was a corporate development leader at technology and real estate firms, having closed and integrated deals worth up to $14 billion. He has also operated businesses with over $50 million in annual revenue – including Redfin’s digital marketplace portfolio. Ryan started investing in multifamily real estate in 2016.
Ross Hubbard
Ross is the co-founder and of Head of Acquisitions at Sage Investment Group in Kirkland, WA. Ross is responsible for nurturing a network of brokers, wholesalers, and industry professionals to have a constant pipeline of off-market opportunities for Sage’s investors. He has been a real estate investor since 2010, starting first with flipping single-family homes, progressing to multifamily investing, and then eventually hotel-to-apartment conversions before starting Sage in 2020. Ross’ background in general contracting gives Sage a competitive advantage in completing our hotel conversations faster and for a lower cost than competitors.
