The Bellevue Rotary Foundation is proud to announce that its strong financial health and ongoing accountability and transparency have earned a 97/100 Four-Star rating from Charity Navigator’s Encompass Rating System. This score designates an official “Give with Confidence” charity, indicating that our organization is using its donations effectively based on Charity Navigator’s criteria.

Charity Navigator is America’s largest and most-utilized independent charity evaluator. Since 2001, the organization has been an unbiased and trusted source of information for more than 8.5 million users annually.

The Encompass Rating System is a comprehensive evaluation tool that analyzes nonprofit performance based on four key indicators, referred to as beacons. Currently, nonprofits can earn scores for the Finance & Accountability, Impact & Results, and Culture & Community beacons. Nonprofits will soon have the opportunity to earn scores for the coming Leadership & Adaptability beacon.

The Bellevue Rotary Foundation is proud to have earned a GuideStar Platinum Seal to share our expanded story with the world. To reach the Platinum level of transparency, we added extensive information to our nonprofit profile: basic information about our mission, programs, leadership, etc.; in-depth financial information; qualitative information about goals, strategies, and vision, and the progress we are making toward our mission. The Platinum Seal allows donors to focus on our progress and results.

GuideStar nonprofit profiles are populated with information directly from nonprofits, the IRS, and other partners in the nonprofit sector.
