What to Expect When You Visit Bellevue Rotary

Greetings!

When you arrive, you will be greeted by one or more friendly members of our club. You may also be greeted by a student from our Partners For Work program.

Check In

The greeters will direct you to a check-in desk, where you will be greeted again by members there. You’ll choose your lunch entree, and the check-in members will connect you with a club member to host you for lunch.

Seating

Your member-host for the day will help you find a seat and introduce you to other members with whom you might have things in common.

Lunch

Lunch will be served at your table shortly after you are seated.

Club Business

Our meeting begins promptly at 12:30. Guests are invited to join in the flag salute. (We recognize in our diverse community that some guests may want to stand silently and reflect on their own home country during this time.) That is followed by a moment of inspirational reflection, and then we conduct a wide variety of club business until 1:00.

Program

Our speaker for the day will be introduced at 1:00 sharp. Topics are wide ranging and include presentations about local and regional businesses, service organizations, education, government, culture, history, sports, and numerous other topics. View our upcoming speakers.

Adjourn

The meeting will conclude promptly at 1:30. One of our members will follow up with you within a few days to hear your reactions to your visit.
