RRuby’s Bio

Ruby has been with the Bellevue Police department for almost 6 years acting in the role of crime prevention officer and background investigator. She has over 30 years in law enforcement including time as a patrol officer, hostage negotiator, detective, air marshal and private investigator. Ruby is passionate about being involved with the community and service.

Shelby’s Bio

Shelby has served with the Bellevue Police Department for 24 years. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of roles, including patrol officer and economic crimes detective. He has also taken on numerous ancillary duties, such as Field Training Officer, SWAT Operator, Negotiator, and instructor in both defensive tactics and firearms. He currently serves as the West Sector Captain in the Patrol Division.
