Presentation Summary
Creating a Bridge to Attract Young Professionals to Rotary. There is a growing demand for leadership training, mentorship and making a meaningful impact in our communities. However, many don’t know that Rotary has been providing expertise in these areas for several years. We’ll discuss how to use storytelling to share our experiences. Additionally, we will explore existing programs and resources where people can deepen their leadership training, mentorship and increase their impact in their local and global communities. We’ll end with tangible examples of how to bridge the gap between Bellevue Rotary Club’s existing strengths and connecting with others.
