Matthew Samwick is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Innovation Realty Partners, LLC, a commercial real estate development company based in Bellevue, WA. Its mission is to help communities achieve their development goals by creating 360 degree, one-stop living centers, that honor people, prosperity, and the earth.
Innovation Realty Partners is invested in an optimistic future on the Eastside. This investment began with a single parcel, followed by a systematic, parcel-by-parcel land assemblage resulting in the acquisition of 90+ contiguous acres in Sammamish.
Through these efforts, Matt is playing a critical role in creating a new downtown in Sammamish—a central gathering place with more housing choices, retail and protected open spaces.
Matt serves on the Board of Directors of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, including its Eastside Business Alliance Committee, its land use and policy committee (PLUSH) and its transportation committee. He is the chair of the Bellevue Chamber’s Affordable Housing Steering Committee, which, together with the University of Washington, are addressing affordable housing issues facing the Seattle Metro area. Matt graduated cum laude from Duke University and holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
