She also served as in-house counsel and spent nearly a decade practicing law at a global firm, where she advised numerous companies large and small on inclusive policies and culture. A certified mediator and master facilitator, Lisa has trained thousands of leaders on how to create better workplaces through connection and mentoring.
Lisa is co-author of Bridging Differences for Better Mentoring and the 3rd edition of The Mentor’s Guide with Dr. Lois J. Zachary. She holds a J.D. and a B.S. in Social Policy from Northwestern University.
