Karen’s Bio

Karen Forner Karen is an attorney, founder and owner of Sonorous LLC, a consulting company specializing in keynote speaking, training, presentations, and coaching. Karen started her legal career at the Washington State Attorney General’s Office before going into private practice. Karen founded K-Solutions Law in 2009, growing it to an industry leader under the name Employer Solutions Law, advising and representing employers on Labor and Industries and employment law issues. Karen developed into a frequent presenter and trainer at continuing legal education seminars, local and national conferences, industry groups and to employers directly.
