Jim Eschweiler has been the CEO of Top Pot Doughnuts & Coffee since March of 2022, joining the beloved Puget Sound chain as it was maneuvering through the pandemic. Jim has over 25 years of experience in retail, hospitality and consumer products, including 12 years with Starbucks during a period while it grew from 500 stores to over 8,000. Seven of those years were spent in the International business, helping to open more than 20 markets and 2,000 stores.
Post Starbucks, he was the CFO of a vertically integrated private label coffee company and Aritzia LLP before becoming CEO of Restaurants Unlimited, a group of nearly 50 restaurants operating 20+ brands across multiple tiers of service in ten states.
Jim has a BS in Accounting from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Washington.
