Jill Aronson Pfaendtner holds an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Washington and a B.A. from Kalamazoo College in Michigan. She is responsible for the organizational, operating, and financial structures that grow and sustain the Global Innovation Exchange.

She has 15 years of experience working in higher education, most recently as the founding administrator of the University of Washington Collaboration Core, a shared services center supporting a number of interdisciplinary research institutes and facilities in engineering, science, and medicine. She had previous positions supporting the UW’s strategic planning initiative and Northwestern University’s McCormick Service Center and Master’s in Biotechnology Program.
