Heather Redman is Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Flying Fish Partners, a venture firm investing in artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics companies.

She serves on the boards of PPL Corporation (NYSE), Brooklyn ImmunoTherapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ), Beneficial State Bank, and Coldstream Holdings Inc. and as a Regent of Washington State University. She serves on numerous industry and non-profit boards including the Washington Technology Industry Association (past Chair), the Technology Alliance, Seattle Chamber (past Chair), and the Ruckelshaus Center.

Recent awards include the 2020 and 2021 Power 100 and 2019 Director of the Year by the Puget Sound Business Journal. She holds a JD (with distinction) from Stanford and her BA from Reed (phi beta kappa).
