Gina Breukelman Senior Manager, Boeing Global Engagement (BGE), in the Northwest region. In her role with BGE, Gina leads the development and execution of enterprise philanthropic giving strategies and community investment plans, as well as Boeing’s employee community engagement activities. Gina manages a team of five community investors who address Boeing’s corporate philanthropy and community engagement priorities in Washington, Oregon, Montana, Alaska, Hawaii and Idaho.
Prior to becoming the Senior Manager of BGE in 2017, Gina was a BGE Community Investor focused on Workforce, Education and Veterans issues.
Prior to joining the team at Boeing in June 2009, Gina worked in the nonprofit sector, managing fundraising and programmatic activities for organizations addressing hunger and poverty issues. Gina earned her Master in Social Work degree from the University of Washington-Tacoma (UWT) in 2006 and served as an adjunct professor at UWT in 2007 and 2008, teaching masters level courses in social policy and community organizing. Gina has a BA in English and Women’s Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
