Justice Faith’s Bio

Justice Faith Ireland retired from the Supreme Court after serving 21 years in the judiciary. She is now a Mediator, and Arbitrator with JAMS. She is also Results Coach. Her 2024 memoir Getting to Justice is available on Amazon.
Justice Ireland was one of two women graduated from Willamette University Law School in 1969. She was a pioneering female litigator. She received her MS Taxation with honors from Golden Gate University in 1984. She served 15 years on the King County Superior Court. She was elected to the Washington State Supreme Court for six years.
While on the Supreme Court she became an international competitive powerlifter. She won six world competitions, set 15 world records for her age and weight and retired from competition in 2014. She still enjoys the gym, Tai Chi and skiing with her husband, Chuck Norem.
