Diane’s Bio
Diane has considerable experience in public administration and government relations, including positions with King County and the City of Bellevue over the past two decades, and is a long-time Bellevue resident. Diane is a government relations and agency management professional with a career focus on municipal government and intergovernmental programs. She is skilled in strategy development, public policy, governmental operations and legislative affairs.
Experience: Bellevue City Manager (2024-Present); Acting Bellevue City Manager (2023-2024); Deputy Bellevue City Manager (2022-2024); Capital Division Director, King County Metro (2018-2022); Director of Regional Initiatives, King County (2011-2018); Director of Intergovernmental Relations, City of Bellevue (2000-2011).
