Chris Cook is the Chief Technology Officer of Cancer Research And Biostatistics (CRAB) where he leads the Applications Development and Information Technology departments. These teams develop cutting-edge data capture solutions and support technology services that ensure the availability and protection of clinical trial data. CRAB has supported over 300 clinical trials.
Mr. Cook has more than 20 years of experience in database design, software development, and systems management. Mr. Cook holds an M.A. in Academic Research Psychology from Cal Poly Humboldt where his research focused on optimizing human interaction with technology. He also holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and Psychology.
His research interests include database design, automating data integration from multiple data sources, and developing intuitive user interfaces.
