Program Officer – Global Policy & Advocacy – Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
Chelsea Minkler is a Program Officer at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on the Global Policy & Advocacy Team, leading the foundation strategy for polio resource mobilization.
She also serves as the relationship manager for the foundation polio partnership with Rotary International She has worked at the foundation for the past ten years on polio eradication, vaccine delivery and child health.
Prior to joining the foundation, she had roles at Lake Partners Strategy Consultants, the Washington State Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development and the United States Mission to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.
She holds a MSC in Development Management from the London School of Economics and a BA in Government and Geography from Dartmouth College. She was born and raised in Bellevue and graduated from Newport High School.
