Bob’s Bio

Bob Donegan has worked on Seattle’s waterfront since the 1980’s, when he helped the Port of Seattle’s Marine Division develop its first ever strategy plan (which, among other things, resulted in the cruise business). For the past 28 years he has helped manage Ivar’s from its office on the waterfront. He has been involved in many things waterfront: The Citizen’s Advisor Panel on new Colman Dock, the Stakeholder committee which rejected the replacements proposed by the state for the viaduct and which developed the Tunnel + Transit solution now in place. He served on the design committee for the new park, and now on the committee which supervises its operation. He has been a board member of the Historic Waterfront Assn, the Seattle Aquarium, The Sports Commission and others.
