Jordan’s Bio

NFL Legend turned TEDx Speaker & CEO Performance Coach

Defying Every Odd Stacked Against Him

Raised by a single mother after losing his father at eight years old, Jordan made a childhood pact with his brother Jonathan. Both would make it to the NFL, so their mother would never have to struggle again.

Against impossible odds, coming from a Division II program, Jordan achieved a 9-year NFL career, including a Super Bowl run with the Seattle Seahawks. Together, the Babineaux brothers delivered 21 combined years in the league.

But when Jordan’s playing career ended, he faced his toughest opponent yet. Redefining success when your identity disappears overnight.

The transition from NFL stadiums to business tested everything Jordan thought he knew about himself. He had to learn that the same principles that made him elite on the field (resilience under pressure, strategic adaptation, relentless execution), were exactly what he needed to win in business and life.

Today, Jordan is on a mission to help leaders make their biggest plays off the field.

As founder of Pivot to Win, Jordan works with CEOs, executives, and high-performing teams develop the mindset of elite athletes so they can build high trust team, increase collaboration, and align around a shared vision.

His proprietary P.I.V.O.T. Framework (Purpose, Innovation, Vision, Ownership, Tenacity) replaces outdated leadership training with performance systems built on personality and the soul of elite sports.

Why Jordan for Your Event

Jordan’s story embodies the champion mindset.

He literally moved beyond the boundaries of what seemed possible. From a Division II college program to the NFL, from athlete to entrepreneur, from loss and transition to building a 7-figure speaking business. His “power moves” weren’t just on the field. They were redefining how winners rebuild without starting from scratch.

Service Above Self: The Leadership Lessons Elite Teams Get Right

What separates elite teams from average ones isn’t talent. It’s the willingness to sacrifice individual glory for collective success.

Former NFL defensive back Jordan Babineaux beat the odds to reach the NFL as an undrafted free agent. In this 20-minute keynote, he challenges the “hero leadership” myth through visceral stories from the locker room and boardroom, revealing why the best leaders aren’t the fastest climbers. They’re the ones who ensure everyone summits.

Attendees leave with the P.I.V.O.T. framework for navigating change and one 24-hour action item to test their leadership commitment.

This isn’t a motivational speech. It’s a strategic challenge to leaders committed to building teams and communities that win together.
