Kevin Wallace is President of Wallace Properties, a commercial real estate company based in Bellevue. His primary focus at the Company is the development of apartments and mixed-use projects in the Seattle area. He also oversees the existing portfolio of apartment, retail and office properties the Company owns and manages in Washington State and Arizona on behalf of its investors. He’s currently working on the development of over 2,500 apartment units at locations in Seattle and Bellevue.

Civic and philanthropic efforts are an important priority for Kevin. After retiring from an 8-year tenure on the Bellevue City Council, he now works with organizations that enable the Eastside’s business community to collaborate with government to solve the most difficult problems we face: transportation, housing supply and homelessness.

Kevin recently served as Co-Chair of successful capital campaign for the Porchlight emergency shelter Eastgate, which opened in 2023. He currently chairs the Board of Eastside Community Development Fund, an organization dedicated to aligning business, philanthropy, government and service providers to address the Eastside’s most complex social challenges, including homelessness and housing affordability.

Kevin lives in Bellevue with his wife Natalie, sons Garrett and Zachary and a giant dog named Dexter. While he’s not particularly good at any of them, he enjoys CrossFit, tennis, cycling and hiking.
