Bryce Matsuoka is Founder and CEO of Above Cloud, a cybersecurity and compliance services firm. We provide services that help reduce the risk of cybersecurity breaches by providing small and medium businesses with enterprise-level IT security and compliance services. He is a Consulting Executive and Principal with more than 30 years of technology consulting and corporate experience. A results-oriented leader with the proven ability to propose and deliver service solutions to small,
medium, and large business clients. Bryce is also the Chief Security Information Security Officer (CISO) for Wowrack, a cloud service provider offering various Hosting services.
He has published articles on Cybersecurity on the Physician’s Report as well
as an audio “Voices of Experience” publication on his success as an IBM
Availability Consultant. He is an IBM Certified Consultant and IBM Confirmed
Principal. Bryce serves on the Board for the Rotary Club of Bellevue as Membership Director and believes firmly in the Rotary motto “Service Above Self.” Bryce has an MBA from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University.
