Jon Duarte, Chief Strategy Officer, Overlake Medical Center & Clinics

Since joining Overlake in 2014 as Director of Strategic Planning, Jon Duarte, has been instrumental in Overlake’s strategic direction, organizational partnerships, clinic network development and planning for Project FutureCare, Overlake’s $250 million campus renewal project. Jon oversees the strategy department, the marketing department (including communications, public relations and community engagement), the continuous performance improvement department, selected service lines, and has responsibility for government affairs.

Prior to joining Overlake, Jon was a manager at ECG Management Consultants, providing consulting services to health systems across the nation. Prior to ECG, Jon worked for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Health Administration from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
