This week started with 655 families in ‘Groceries for Families’ and another 34 on the waiting list.  It is not sure if they will admit the full waiting list one more time or not.  At 655, it is down from 669 last week and down about 100 from the peak back in February.   It has been slowly trending downward ever since.

One of the most comments from people about ‘Groceries for Families’ is how it has been sustained for so long, with such generosity & a giving sprit.  This is because of all of you and your participating members. Over 25 churches and organizations are participating in this amazing program including 2 other Rotary clubs in Bellevue.

We are donating about 25-30 grocery bags and pantries each week.  In order to continue our participation until the end of June we need more funds. You can donate to BRC and select Jubilee REACH service. If you have any questions please email Fay Andersson at [email protected]

Thank you for staying so true to the mission of supporting the vulnerable members of this community during this pandemic and Serve Above Self!
