Be recognized for your donation – join the Bellevue Rotary Circle!
You’ve all have heard the announcements about our Bellevue Rotary Legacy Fund (BRLF), an ongoing and lasting resource for our club that will finance charitable projects in our community for years to come. Many of you have answered the call to join the Circle, and there are two ways that a person can become a Member: one is by a $5,000 direct donation and the other is by making a specific bequest in your personal will.
We are pleased to announce that two generous and thoughtful members have recently joined the Circle, Ken Reid and Ryan Palmer.
Ken had this to say about why he has joined:
“I believe in the mission and philosophy of what Rotary does internationally and locally, the difference we make. I know the charities we fund will actually do what they say they will do. I’ve included the Legacy Fund in my will and planning. An endowment philosophy appeals to me, as the fund will continue to grow and contribute in years to come. Think of all the causes Rotary funds — it’s really amazing what an organization can do!”
And here is what Ryan Palmer said about why he joined our Legacy Circle:
“Naming the Bellevue Rotary in my estate plan is a very simple, yet impactful way to make sure that the good work that we do in our community carries on after I’m gone. Leveraging my trust in the Club to use the funds prudently allows me to name a single organization as a beneficiary, knowing full well that those funds will help many excellent groups in our area.”
