Virgil’s Bio
Virgil Sweeney has dedicated over three decades to public service and nonprofit leadership. For almost twenty years, Virgil served the State of Washington in civil service roles, including as budget director for Attorney General Gregoire, and managed the budget for the Washington State Liquor Control Board. More recently, Virgil has brought that same commitment to mission-driven work as executive director of the Northwest Parkinson’s Foundation. Through both government and nonprofit sectors, Virgil has consistently worked to improve outcomes for Washington communities.
