Speaker Alicia K Olsen Quaco Bellevue Rotary ClubAlicia was born and raised in San Diego, CA and graduated from the United States Air Force Academy where she was commissioned as a lieutenant in the United States Air Force. She was trained by the Department of Defense as a Contracting Officer specializing in contract negotiations. As an Air Force Captain, Alicia served as the Deputy Director of Contracts and Pricing for the Defense Contract Management Agency.

After separation, Alicia worked at Overlake Hospital Medical Center as the Hospital Supply Chain Manager responsible for negotiating, sourcing, procuring, receiving, and distributing all supplies, equipment, and services to the Hospital Main Campus and Offsite Clinics. Her efforts were recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal, earning her a spot on their prestigious 40 under 40 list for her commitment to ensuring the hospital and clinics had the necessary supplies to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic.

Alicia joined the Eastside Health Network, Seattle’s eastside Clinically Integrated Network, as the Director of Operations overseeing payor and provider relations, government programs, contracts, marketing and communications, and analytics. After creating a new entity, an Accountable Care Organization to support healthcare entities, Alicia was recognized on the 40 under 40 list for 425 Magazine. Her leadership and commitment to value-based care landed her the role as the President for the Eastside Health Network and Eastside ACO.

She serves on the Board of Directors for Lifewire, Kirkland Chamber of Commerce, Kirkland National Little League, American Diabetes Association, and is the Chair of the Kirkland Public Policy Committee. Outside of her professional accomplishments, Alicia enjoys traveling and spending time with her family – her husband, Chad, and two children, Caden and Adeline.
